These terms apply to the SkyCake app and this website, provided by Xeviora. By using SkyCake you agree to them.

Licence

The SkyCake app is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

SkyCake Pro

• SkyCake is free to download. SkyCake Pro unlocks planning for any date, the AR view, unlimited saved places, widgets and golden hour reminders.
• Yearly subscription. Billed once a year through your Apple Account. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If a free trial is offered, you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
• Lifetime. A one-time purchase that unlocks Pro permanently, with no renewal.
• Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may differ by country.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in Settings > your name > Subscriptions on your iPhone. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Accuracy

SkyCake calculates sun and moon positions with established astronomical models. Times are typically accurate to about a minute, but real conditions such as terrain, buildings, weather and atmospheric refraction affect what you actually see. Compass and AR readings depend on your device's sensors and can be off, especially near metal or indoors. Do not rely on SkyCake for navigation, safety or any purpose where an error could cause harm.

Your responsibility

Stay aware of your surroundings when shooting, respect private property and local rules, and never look at the sun through a camera or lens.

SkyCake is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Xeviora is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the app.
